• Business information: time in business, monthly revenue, industry, EIN.
• Credit information: self-reported credit score range, and with your consent, a soft credit pull.
• Financial documents: bank statements and tax returns you voluntarily upload.
• Technical information: IP address, browser type, device information, cookies.

How we use your information

We use your information exclusively to match you with appropriate lending partners and to communicate with you about your application. By submitting an application, you consent to our sharing of your information with the specific lending partners we match you with.

Who we share it with

We share your application information only with the 1–3 direct lending partners our platform matches you with, based on their stated underwriting criteria. We do not sell your information to third-party data brokers, lead aggregators, or unrelated marketing companies.

How we protect it

Your data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit using TLS 1.3. Sensitive fields (SSN, bank account numbers) are encrypted with additional application-layer encryption. Access to production data is restricted to authorized personnel under least-privilege principles, with full audit logging.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected].

TCPA consent

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive calls and text messages from I Will Lend You Money and our matched lending partners at that number, including calls and messages delivered using automated systems.
