3. No guarantee of funding

Submitting an application through the Site does not guarantee any particular loan product, amount, rate, or approval. All credit decisions are made solely by our lending partners based on their own underwriting criteria.

4. Accuracy of information

You agree that all information you submit is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. Misrepresentation may result in denial of funding and may constitute fraud.

5. Prohibited uses

You may not use the Site to (a) submit applications on behalf of other parties without their consent, (b) attempt to reverse-engineer our matching algorithms, (c) scrape or mass-download content from the Site, or (d) use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and code, is owned by or licensed to I Will Lend You Money and is protected by US and international intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I Will Lend You Money is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or the actions of our lending partners.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which I Will Lend You Money is headquartered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
